Pleasurable social environment, local people with nice warm interpersonal relationships, gentle coast with plenty of islands and fruitful hinterland with quality fresh drinking water are the basic prerequisites we got by buying a construction site. Building and furnishing was a great challenge for us who love to create and decorate interiors because we wanted it to have a story and provide our guests with all the conditions for an unforgettable vacation for both young and old guests.

The apartments are 50m2 in size with lots of light and a beautiful sea and islands view. Large kitchen with a living room, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a bedroom, a hallway and a terrace are equipped with high-quality furniture and all the inventory needed for living. All apartments have underfloor heating and cooling, WI-FI, cable and satellite TV.

The proximity of Vrana Lake, Krka waterfalls, Kornati and other sceneries invites you to daily trips Distance from the facility to the town center and the beach is 500 m. Also, nearby is the bus station (200 m), Zadar Airport and the A1 highway exit (20 km).

We have 4 apartments that are equal in size – 50m2. Moreover, on the second floor we have the possibility of connecting two apartments into one large because there is a partition wall between the apartments.
